He previously co-founded and built a business from the ground up, leading it through sustained growth and a successful sale. That experience shapes his approach today, helping clients cut through complexity, unlock growth, and make the right communications choices, always with clarity and a refreshingly jargon-free style. 

 As co-founder of Lauson Consultancy, Mike brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Unified Communications market. He spent 9 years with a Tier 1 telecoms provider, gaining deep insight into how major operators build, deliver, and scale services. He’s also held senior roles in both start-up and mid-sized businesses, giving him a rare perspective on how innovation, agility, and enterprise-scale demands fit together. With a background spanning sales, product marketing, and product management, Mike helps partners and clients align technology with business needs, always grounded in real-world demands and with a sharp eye on where the industry is heading next.
